The product

Exo Parking brings together apps, websites, parking meters, sensors and a system to top up virtual wallets and physical cards. The goal: charge for on-street parking and issue fines for improper parking.

How we built it

Given the resources, technologies, hardware and processes involved, it was a project of unusual size. It called for in-depth functional analysis: architecture, software, mockups to validate with the client, use cases and test cases.

We ran it with an agile approach: continuous code review, weekly meetings, a backlog and well-defined sprints.
